Pre-challenge Cholesterol Screening

Invitation and screening details (when & where) will be sent to the first 300 registrants in each participating state.

Opening Ceremony

Registered participants will be invited for the opening ceremony & results will be given on the same day.

Kick start of 30-day Smart Heart Challenge

High cholesterol participants will be required to consume 70grams of Oats daily throughout the 30 days.

Follow-up with calls, sms or email to keep participants motivated.

Post-challenge Cholesterol Screening

After 30-day Challenge, participants will be invited for a second screening to determine the percentage of reduction in their cholesterol levels.

Closing Ceremony

Result will be released and the winners will be announced at a prize-giving ceremony in our town.
